WinUnited rebrand and do the right thing

Recently we were asked by a GAU member to look in to issues with WinUnited and how they had closed their affiliate program down in recent months although still continued to operate their sportsbook under a different name. They were continuing to trade under the name Uwin, however, although existing accounts were transferred to the new brand, they discontinued the affiliate program.

Full details of this issue raised can be found here on the GPWA.

When we approached WinUnited it became apparent that we were dealing with a completely new marketing team and that the new management were under no illusions that to succeed, they needed a trusted affiliate program. The new management were also keen to point out that they were in no way happy with the way the affiliate program was closed down. They further understood that to have any chance of success with a new affiliate program, there was a need to correct the issues preceding them.

After talks with the new management we have secured an agreement that will see all affiliates paid up to date.

The agreement is as follows:

Affiliates will be merged manually in to the new program

All earnings since closure of the affiliate program will be paid in full

Existing affiliates will be governed by the terms and conditions that they signed up to and not the new terms and conditions.

No referrals will be lost.

The new brand is You Win, which is now open for business, although the affiliate program is still 2 to 3 weeks away.

All existing affiliates will be sent an email regarding the merge to the new affiliate program over the next few days and the new affiliate team will work with them to ensure that all outstanding earnings are paid in full.

If you were an affiliate with WINUnited and you are not sure if your contact details are current you can email You Win using partners@youwin.com

This point of contact is also available if you have any questions regarding WINUnited, UWin or the new brand You Win.

We will be working closely with the new affiliate team at You Win to ensure that the whole merge and re-brand works for affiliates.

As the merge will be manual and the platform is still in beta testing mode the conclusion of this merge may take a few weeks and the affiliate team have asked for affiliates to be patient during this process, however, not to be afraid to ask any questions at any time.
