Cashwave fail to respond to affiliate payment issues

Cashwave were recently the subject of a Gambling Affiliate Union members request for support and arbitration.

Cashwave affiliate program is based in London, UK and promotes the following properties:

• Gold Betting
• Lady Dream
• Casino Lucky Dod
• Players Vegas
• Grand Casino Royale
• Diamond Gal
• Top Line Bingo

The substance of the complaint is strong and suggests that Cashwave acknowledged the GAU members earnings and reported that they had paid by way of issuing a cheque.

We have seen sight of screen shots proving this, however, our member has never received the cheque or any other means of payment to cover the earnings.

The GAU has approached Cashwave numerous times over the last 14 days by way of email and telephone, each time Cashwave have ignored emails or not replied to telephone messages.  Although Cashwave are not obliged to discuss issues of this kind with the GAU it would be in their best interests to do so and also it is imperative that they deal with issues of this nature speedily and responsibly. This issue dates back months and is well overdue, even by your average affiliate programs accounting department schedule!

Due to this issue the Gambling Affiliates Union have to report that Cashwave will not work with the GAU and that we feel that they are not committed to paying their affiliates all monies that are due!

Should Cashwave wish to respond to this report and issue, the GAU are happy to enter in to discussions at any time in the future.
