Requirements for inclusion on GAU white list
The affiliate program requiring GAU white list inclusion must agree to enter in to arbitration with the GAU regarding any issue involving their program that any GAU member or the GAU itself may have from time to time.
The affiliate program must furnish the GAU with full contact details of two employees who are authorised to discuss on the programs behalf any issues arising, these contact details must include a minimum of email address and business telephone number and be authorised by the affiliate program to enter in to arbitration with the GAU.
The affiliate program must agree to respond to any official GAU correspondence within a reasonable time frame and definitely within five working days.
If a mutually agreeable resolution between the GAU, the GAU member and the affiliate program cannot be reached the affiliate program must agree to accept the independent decision of the GAU and act accordingly. Failure to act accordingly may result in the GAU terminating the affiliate programs inclusion on the GAU white list.
GAU responsibilities
The GAU will endeavour to resolve any issues arising without the need to make an independent decision by way of intense discussion.
The GAU will act independently without bias towards the GAU member or the affiliate program and only make an independent decision if the full facts are available to the GAU.
The GAU will not disclose any private or sensitive information to any third party without express permission.
The GAU reserves the right to publish the results of arbitration on the GAU website at any time, however, will not ever publish private information.
