Vegas Affiliates Retroactive Changes

Vegas Affiliates is the affiliate program for the following properties:

Colosseum Casino
Grand Hotel Casino
Vegas7 Casino
VegasJoker Casino
Vegas Country Casino
VegasJoker Casino

Issues:

• Vegas Affiliates has amended their T&C’s to include bundling – applied retroactively

• Vegas Affiliates has implemented a quota for new affiliates – does not apply to existing affiliates

• Threats or implied threats of legal action and affiliate account closures for publicly criticizing the changes

Bundling
The main issue for affiliates is the retroactive change to bundling of all casino properties.  Many affiliates chose to work with Vegas Affiliates because they did not bundle earnings. The new policy will most certainly have a negative impact on affiliate earnings. Affiliate Guard Dog considers this as a very serious issue and has “rogued” Vegas Affiliates as a result.

Quotas
While the quotas are not being applied retroactively, quotas are never a good thing and all “new” VA affiliates need to be aware of them.

Threats
Vegas Affiliates has basically denied making threats but did admit to contacting one affiliate and suggest that they would be within their rights to close his account if he continued posting negative comments about VA on the forums.
