From time to time the GAU will choose to endorse programs, this will be on an individual basis and will be a reward for being a fair program – No payment for the endorsement will be charged nor accepted.

If the GAU endorses a program this will entitle the program to carry the GAU logo on their website.

The board of the GAU will look at each program individually, however, to get the endorsement the program will have to pass certain requirements. These requirements are specified below:

• Not have illegal terms in their contract – see notes
• Agree to arbitration with the GAU upon demand
• Must not have a quota that may result in none payment
• Must agree to notify the GAU of pending changes to their terms at least 15 days before they take effect

Notes:

Illegal terms are deemed to be terms that:

allow the terms to be changed without recourse by the program

allow a program to close an affiliates account for no reason

The GAU may require further enhancements to a programs terms and conditions and the above list is not exhaustive. The GAU also reserves the right to revoke any endorsement at any time, if the GAU revokes an endorsement the program will have 7 days to remove the logo and any information displayed regarding GAU endorsement.

Any GAU member is entitled at any time to ask the GAU to initiate a poll on any programs endorsement at such time the GAU will initiate a poll asking if the programs endorsement should be voided or not.
